Problem z instalacją

mija 3 godzina mojej próby instalacji i postanowiłem się poradzić doświadczonych

Niestety nie mogę wywołać pliku instalacyjnego, oto błąd

Z tego co przeczytałem na forum to można również pominąć plik instalacyjny i stworzyć plik config.php ale wtedy chyba nie ma bazy danych(?), przynajmniej z tego by wynikało po błędach które widzę u siebie

A może źle skonfigórowałem plik config.php
