SEO Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
Devising and specifying SEO enhancements on Company’s websites
Conduct SEO analysis & audits to improve site performance and search visibility
Monitoring SEO Health check of the Company owned websites using different SEO tools like Deepcrawl, Kerboo, searchmetrics, ahrefs, majesticSEO and other SEO tools
Administer Google webmaster tools for purposes of diagnostic reporting (Tech KPIs) across all Company's websites
Competitor Analysis - Provide SEO analysis with different SEO elements, structure of websites/webpages as and when required
Implementing ad-hoc SEO requests by working with development teams – updating URLs on XML Sitemaps, video sitemaps, implementing 301 redirects, Meta tags, schema.org, etc.
SEO Support to developers when major SEO features are launched or during site migrations
Performing ad-hoc investigative/train-of-thought analysis
Monitoring backlinks of Company owned websites and getting involved in disavow process

SEO Agency Support – Company's SEO team works with the best of agencies in SEO for tech Audits, On-page and Off-page campaigns. The Candidate has the opportunity to learn and to seek support from Agencies if he/she comes across any challenges

Person Specification:
Proven track record in an SEO role, either in a client side or search agency position
Excellent analytical & technical skills
Be able to create, justify, communicate and implement SEO strategies
Passion for digital marketing and keep abreast of all trends, new technologies, formats and platforms, etiquette and regulations within the international search industry

Experience:
Minimum of one year experience in SEO
Competitor Analysis and Risk management
SEO audits on sites and link profiles
In depth understanding of search engines, search engine optimisation and factors that influence high rankings in Google and search engine algorithms.
Knowledge of keyword research/selection
Experience using 3rd party tools such as Google Webmaster, Deepcrawl, Screaming Frog, Searchmetrics, Linkdex, MOZ, Majestic, Adobe and others
Confidence working within cross-functional teams and explaining your ideas and findings to technical and non-technical people alike 
Fluent in MS Word, PowerPoint and advanced Excel

Desirable:
Experience within a financial environment or a niche-product based company,
Fluent in English and preferably another language,
Interpersonal Skills,
Self-starting individual,
Ambitious and enthusiastic team player,
Very articulate / excellent communication skills,
Happy to share ideas and offer suggestions,
